Amarone Classico, Riserva Cantine Aldergheri (Veneto, Italy)

70% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella. From the hills of the classic Valpolicella DOC region. Grapes are air-dried and fermented, and aged in oak casks and smaller "barriques".

Amarone Classico, Santambrogio, Cantine Aldergheri, (Veneto, Italy)

70% Corvina - 20% Corvinone - 10% Rondinella air-dried grapes are destemmed and pressed gently in early February, the grape must and pomace is then fermented for a long time and decanted for several rounds before being transferred to large oak casks for about 2 years.

Ruby red, harmonious, soft and full-bodied on the palate. Taste of strawberry, cherry, spice, and a hint of licorice.

Structured and deep, notes of leather, red and black cherries. Aging 24 months in oak barrels and at least 4 months in bottles, organic 95 WS/3 GR

Merlot IGT La Romiglia Winery (Verona, Italy)

Intense, bright ruby red with aromas of red and black fruits, especially blackberry. Soft, round, and enveloping on the palate with velvety tannins. Aged 6 months in cement barrels, then 6 months in bottles

This Montepulciano riserva is deep ruby red with evolving notes of wild berries, red flowers, and cherries. Warm, balanced, and full-bodied. Aged 2 years in barriques and barrels, and 12 months in bottles.

Super Tuscan, La Historia Di Italia, Conte Guicciardini (Vicenza, Italy)

Intense ruby red color with aromas of plum, wild herbs, light citrus, and spicy notes on the nose. Described as elegant, well-balanced, and harmonious, with soft tannins and good structure.

Super Tuscan Pian Alto Gianni Tessari (Vicenza, Italy)

A Bordeaux blend of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, carménère, and merlot with intense red color and garnet hues. Aromas of blackcurrant and herbs, and vanilla notes, firm tannins.
